Bunun i\u00e7in al\u0131c\u0131, temsilcisine noter tasdikli bir vekaletname (Vekaletname) d\u00fczenler; bunu ya ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkedeki T\u00fcrkiye konsoloslu\u011funda ya da bizzat T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir noterde yapabilir.
