Siyasi reformlar\u0131n devam etmesi ve \u00fclkedeki ekonomik durumun mevcut cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan iyile\u015ftirilmesi, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n Mart 2023&#8217;te b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde durgunla\u015fan T\u00fcrkiye emlak piyasas\u0131na olan ilgisinin artmas\u0131n\u0131 yeniden sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7ekicili\u011fini art\u0131rmada da \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayan T\u00fcrkiye ile Rusya aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkilerin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine de dikkat \u00e7ekiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>As\u0131rl\u0131k geleneklere sahip \u00f6nemli bir ticaret ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi olan \u0130stanbul, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinden yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 kendine \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da, \u00f6zellikle tarihi kesimlerinde daireler \u00e7ok talep g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;da emlak fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fckseliyor ancak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerine k\u0131yasla uygun fiyatl\u0131 olmaya devam ediyor.
