We have bought a new apartment in the brand new elite community Al Fattan Crystal Towers in Dubai Marina from the developer Meraki Developers. Everything here speaks beautifully about luxury living, expensive cars, luxury vacations, and branded shopping, because it's all here. The complex is located in the heart of Dubai, but it is quiet and peaceful here, you can comfortably relax in the gourmet restaurant or take a leisurely stroll along the beach and enjoy the cool breeze. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the Persian Gulf, and the beach is not far from the house. We are very pleased with the purchase.
