The project consists of six 10-story buildings named after Pacific islands: Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, Polynesia, and Bora Bora. The development of the complex was led by Select Group, a company known for its high-quality real estate projects.
Select Group is a leading real estate development and investment company founded in 2002 in Dubai, UAE. Its founder and CEO, Raheel Aslam, transitioned from the IT sector, where he previously worked in computer hardware distribution across Europe, into the construction business.

It has everything I've dreamed of for so long - stunning ocean views, refreshing morning breeze, rooftop pool, snow-white beaches, convenient transport links to the city. Every day I wake up in a great mood, go to drink coffee on the balcony and enjoy the views.
