Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a breakthrough collaboration between renowned French automaker Bugatti and developer Binghatti Properties in Dubai. This wonderful residential complex, located in Business Bay, includes two majestic 52-storey towers, distinguished by a unique architectural concept.

The architectural design of Bugatti Residences, executed by Binghatti, masterfully combines Bugatti’s creative heritage with elegant forms inspired by the landscapes of the French Riviera and the dunes of Dubai. The complex features 182 apartments of various layouts, from two to four bedrooms, ranging from 1,750 to 14,881 square feet, including exclusive collections of the Riviera Mansion and Sky Mansion Penthouse. Riviera Mansion includes 171 apartments, and Sky Mansion — 11 penthouses, each of which occupies an entire floor.

The interiors of the apartments are decorated with custom furniture from Bugatti, demonstrating the iconic design elements of the brand, including the famous “C-line” and “horseshoe” motifs. Each apartment in the Riviera Mansion is named after famous world resorts such as Cannes, Saint Tropez or Monaco, adding a touch of world chic.

Bugatti Residences penthouses offer spectacular views of the Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa skyline, as well as thoughtful amenities including walk-in closets, staff rooms and luxurious Jacuzzis. To increase the level of comfort and exclusivity, the apartments are equipped with dedicated parking spaces, and the penthouses have access to two car elevators for direct delivery from the garage to the housing, emphasizing the exclusivity and luxury of living.
