ETA Star

ETA Star is Dubai’s largest developer, part of the ETA Star Ascon Group corporation, which implements investment and construction projects in the Middle East. The annual turnover of funds is several billion dollars. There are ready-made ETA Star projects in many areas of Dubai: Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, IMPZ, Dubai International Financial Center. The ETA Star Ascon Group was founded in 1973 jointly with Al Ghurair Group. In 2004, the subsidiary company ETA Star Property Developers was opened. In 2015, the group operates in 23 countries, operates 100 divisions employing more than 70,000 people, and has an estimated annual turnover of $6.5 billion. ETA Star Group has built about 140 residential and commercial properties. The most popular complexes in Dubai are the residential Belvedere and Grandeur Residences, the commercial Palladium, Liberty House and Al Manara. The Taj Grandeur Residences complex is located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. These are modern palaces with immaculate finishes and magnificent views of the bay. Belvedere in Dubai Marina is also located next to the coastline, the complex includes comfortable and elegant apartments designed specifically for a quiet and secluded life. Palladium is an ultra—modern high-rise complex in the Jumeirah Lake area, located a stone’s throw from the exclusive beaches of Mina Seyahi. Half of the skyscraper is devoted to cafes, bars, restaurants and offices, the other half to residential apartments, which offer magnificent views of the lakes or Sheikh Zayed Road. Liberty House is located in the financial district, it is a modern complex, the design of which is dominated by glass and modern materials. 8 floors are given over to open—type offices, and another 29 floors are for luxury apartments. The building is still being completed.
