Mismak Properties Co. LLC (“Mismak”), a limited liability company that is a wholly owned subsidiary of FAB and acts as a holding company for the Group’s real estate investments and development activities, was established in 2006. Mismak is managed by employees transferred from the Group’s corporate banking segment who have experience and knowledge in this field while working at FAB. Mismak manages its own investment properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and develops many proprietary projects located on Rome Island, as well as 3 proprietary projects in Dubai that sold on the market. Mismak also manages projects for FAB through the engineering department.
