MZ Architects is an award-winning architectural firm founded and led by Marwan Zgheib since 2002. Initially based in Qatar, the company quickly established itself by winning several architectural competitions and gaining extensive experience in designing and developing high-rise buildings during the country’s construction boom.

In 2007, MZ Architects opened a regional office in Abu Dhabi after winning an international competition to design the headquarters of Aldar Properties. The Aldar headquarters building, located in Abu Dhabi, became the world’s first circular skyscraper and gained recognition for its futuristic design.

The company is also known for the The Gate project in Doha, Qatar, a complex of buildings with unique architecture and design.
