When Omniyat Properties was launched, it strengthened the holding’s position not only in the real estate market, but also provided an influx of investments from third-party sources. Over the past 15 years, Omniyat Properties has grown into a thriving company with a decent investment portfolio, which includes such real estate projects as One Palm, The Residences, One by Omniyat, The Sterling, etc.
