This deal significantly strengthened the company’s financial position and expanded its presence in the real estate and hospitality markets.
As a result of this transformation, the company was renamed Modon Holding, reflecting its expanded scale and strategic objectives. Modon Holding aims to create innovative and sustainable communities, enhancing the quality of life and supporting the economic development of Abu Dhabi.
