Sorouh Real Estate was one of the leading construction companies in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2003, the company was engaged in the development of both commercial and residential properties. Its projects included significant developments such as Shams Abu Dhabi, Alghadeer, Lulu Island, and Saraya. In addition, Sorouh developed entire residential communities, including Golf Gardens, Khalidiya Village, Sas Al Nakhl Village, and Al Oyoun Village. One of their notable projects was Tala Tower — a 49-storey residential building in Marina Square on Al Reem Island.
In June 2013, Sorouh Real Estate merged with Aldar Properties, forming the largest construction company in Abu Dhabi.
Later, in 2018, a new company, Sorouh Developments, was established, expanding into the real estate market in Egypt. The company aims to create fully integrated and unique communities, enhancing living standards and offering innovative projects. Its developments include Rosevil, Entrada, Entrada Avenue, and Citadel, located in Egypt’s new administrative capital.
