Takmeel’s real estate development began in 2017 as a boutique real estate development. The founding members started this project with a clear vision of turning Takmeel into a company that would provide luxury villas and apartments at affordable prices. Takmeel is a company that strictly adheres to the principles of environmental friendliness, comfort, safety and durability, therefore it strives to create uniquely streamlined spaces. We develop projects for a better quality of life and value excellent design for both its beauty and its functionality, and pay special attention to design details without compromising on the quality of materials, for example, using natural materials because of their grace and durability.
