Zerrin Özgüle Inşaat was founded in Bursa in 2005 by Zerrin Özgüle, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Omel Engineering, one of the leading automation companies in Turkey. For the first time, the company implemented the Automation Plaza project, which consists of 42 separate workplaces in the Nilüfer shopping center. Subsequently, he implemented the Electricians’ site, consisting of 8 independent blocks, and the Zer Plaza, consisting of 12 independent blocks. In 2012, Zer Plaza 2 was completed as an extension of Ayaz Plaza. The workplaces in Zer Plaza, Zer Plaza 2 and 3 attracted a lot of attention with their large and spacious structure located on 4.5 floors. The Zer Plaza 4 project, which Zerrin Ozgule Inshaat started in 2015, is still ongoing, and Zer Plaza 5 is at the licensing stage. Finally, at the end of 2015, the firm laid the foundation for Zer Bademli Houses, which is considered Bademli’s most exclusive and boutique project. The unusual and convenient design of the project, consisting of nine private houses located on an area of 7,500 m2, attracts attention.
