Erel Construction

Erel Construction Company (Erel Construction) is a union of owners of large construction companies Ceray (Jerai) and Akyildiz (Akyildiz). Ceray construction company has completed such residential complexes as Ceray Tower, Ceray Park, Ceray Antik, Ceray Vip, as well as the construction of the Aladdin Keykubat Municipal Hospital in Alanya. Ceray has been operating construction activities on the Mediterranean coast since 2007, and since 2010 only in Alanya, Mahmutlar district. In turn, Akyildiz has been conducting construction activities since 2010 in Ankara, the capital of the Turkish Republic. She has five residential complexes and the sixth large-scale residential complex “Akyildiz Prestij” with a total construction area of 22,500 m2. Erel Construction is not only a construction company, but also an architectural company that independently develops projects for residential complexes and provides design services to other construction companies. The priorities in construction for Erel Construction are: a good location of residential complexes, a choice of high-quality materials, thoughtful plans for apartments and social areas. To date, Erel Construction has three residential complexes on its account: – Emarin, Kestel district, the residential complex is completed and ready to move in. – Eco Blue, Kargicak district, the complex will be ready in October 2022. – Erel Life series of complexes, Mahmutlar district, construction will begin in spring 2022.
