Note projects are implemented in accordance with detailed soil survey reports prepared as a result of large-scale soil sounding, and with ensuring safety by taking the necessary measures to strengthen the soil. All buildings are constructed using load-bearing systems that transfer the load to stable soil and which have been proven to safely withstand seismic loads due to a solid foundation (grillwork) or pile-grillwork foundation in accordance with the project. Reinforced concrete and steel structures are constructed using ready-made concrete and earthquake-resistant iron of the appropriate class specified in the structural design, and tested on the construction site and in the laboratory, as well as having a quality certificate in accordance with TSE.
