The construction and investment company Toroslar was founded by 4 partners in 2000, but considering the fact that each of the partners had their own companies in the construction sector before the merger, we can assume that the history of the construction company Toroslar begins in 1985. By joining together in the company Tort, the partners have combined all their extensive 25 years of experience in various fields. Four partners have created a new company with the aim of providing an adequate base for their construction contracts as best as possible. Although residential construction is currently the main focus, Toroslar Construction has made a huge contribution to the planning and development of the city. To date, thousands of square meters of red brick roads and sidewalks, and the city’s sewer system have been achieved by Toroslar Construction. Toroslar has also built many roads, bridges, sewage systems, drinking water supply systems, rainwater collectors, and established parks and schools in the suburbs and other cities of Turkey. Since 2002, the Toroslar Construction company has started construction of residential buildings in Alanya and in the suburbs for European clients. As the demand for real estate among foreigners increased rapidly, Toroslar Construction implemented many projects and subsequently became one of the leading companies in the Mediterranean real estate market.
