What is Aidat?
It is a monthly fee for maintaining the infrastructure of a residential complex (pool cleaning, security, elevators, cleaning). In simple buildings without infrastructure, it can be around β¬10β20, while in hotel-type complexes it ranges from β¬50 to β¬150 per month.
