Portfolio Manager
The vacancy is open
Responsibilities: To form and maintain a high-quality portfolio for all relevant real estate projects in Istanbul, both in the primary and secondary markets. To maintain the business reputation of the company in the eyes of partners and others.
Rate (month): 5000 round. the lira in the first month of the internship; then the 8,500 tour. lira for a probationary period, after passing the probation period from $800 – $1000.
Requirements:
competent Russian speech;
knowledge of Turkish at least at the B1 level;
the presence of a valid residence permit for at least 6 months;
having a driver’s license;
accommodation in Istanbul;
proactivity, sociability, punctuality, responsibility.
Working conditions:
Work in the office in the Esenyurt district 5 days a week from 10.00 to 18.00 h. The company covers meals, gasoline costs or depreciation if there is a personal vehicle.
Sales Manager
The vacancy is open
Responsibilities: Fulfill set sales plans, create a loyal customer base for repeat sales, attract new customers.
Rate (month): 5000 round. liras + % commission from the sales fee; then 8500 tour. lira + % commission fee + KPI bonuses.
Requirements:
competent Russian speech;
knowledge of Turkish at least at the B1 level;
the presence of a valid residence permit for at least 6 months;
and a driver’s license;
experience in sales or working with people;
experience in sales or working with people;
accommodation in Istanbul;
proactivity, sociability, punctuality, responsibility.
Working conditions:
Work in the office in the Esenyurt district 5 days a week from 10.00 to 18.00 h. The company covers meals, gasoline costs or depreciation if there is a personal vehicle.
After-sales Service Manager
The vacancy is open
Responsibilities: Full post-sale support for the client in adapting to life in Istanbul, from registration of documents for registration to the purchase of furniture for a new apartment. To maintain the business reputation of the company in the eyes of partners, customers and others.
Rate (month): 5000 round. lear during the internship; then the 8,500 tour. liras for the duration of the probation period, then 15,000 liras are fixed.
Requirements:
competent Russian speech;
knowledge of Turkish at least at the B1 level;
the presence of a valid residence permit for at least 6 months and the presence of a driver’s license;
accommodation in Istanbul;
proactivity, sociability, punctuality, responsibility.
