Elite project in Altyntas

Altyntas district in Antalya, one of the fastest growing regions of Antalya.

Two years ago, the Turkish Ministry of Tourism made a project for the development of this particular region. Accordingly, the new Antalya will be built here.

The project is being built on a land plot of 10,700 square meters.

The complex consists of two blocks. Block A and block B. Twelve floors, 173 apartments, layouts 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 .

The project has an extensive, rich infrastructure at the level of 5 star hotels.

A large, landscaped area, a cafe near the pool, a large Olympic swimming pool of 720 square meters, a recreation area around the pool, a small pool with slides for children, a barbecue area, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground for children and an outdoor parking lot are all located at the back of the complex so that vacationers by the pool can enjoy silence .

On the ground floor of the complex there will be: Fitness, Sauna, Steam room, Bowling, Billiards, Cinema room. Every two hours there will be a shutlle bus to the beach, shopping malls and the airport.
